Bars Online Ad Networks and Payment Networks from doing business with the accused

Bars Search Engines from linking to the accused

Requires ISPs to block websites of the accused

Makes unauthorized streaming of copyrighted material a crime

Maximum penalty of five years in prison for 10 infringements in 6 months

Immunity to ISPs who voluntarily take action against websites that are known for infringements

Copyright holders liable for damages if they knowingly misrepresent a website
