INTRODUCTION

Mark Zuckerberg, “was an American computer programmer and Internet

Entrepreneur, best known as the co-founder and CEO of Facebook” (mark

Zuckerberg). Mark was in the position of setting the all-embracing management

and creation design or strategy for Facebook. He edge and ahead the strategy of

Facebook network and gain of its technology and communications. Mark

Zuckerberg started this innovation ideas, “Facebook in 2004 with his college

roommates Dustin Moskovitz and Chris Hughes” (Mark Zuckerberg). Facebook

has been seem as one of the fastest and eloquent social network individuals used

as way of passes information form one person to others. Even though, you can use

it for making video call with your friends and love one. No matter how far the

person are, you gonna see him or her physically via videos call.

CHAPTER 1- HISTORY OF FACE-BOOK.

After Mark Zuckerberg finished from university in 2002, he was enrolled at

Harvard University by his second year at the English Ivy League institution, and

Mark has created an acceptability as the software innovator on campus. During that

period he was create a program named “course match” that assisted students to

picks their classes on the course alternative of other users. Mark Zuckerberg has

already left an indelible mark on American culture through his technology skills

thus far. Mark Zuckerberg is the man behind one of the greatest innovation

(Facebook), and also serve as the Chief Executive officer of the company, he was

known as the youngest Billionaire. His achievement has inspired various youngster

in order to work hard to achieve their goals. Facebook has become number one

social network around the world, it definitely has become a part of American

culture.

It has provided clear evidence of an increasing American economy and

culture. He has allowed American to view our world differently through his

creation of social network Facebook. Because Facebook has come across various

applications and social media platform that will continues to transforms American

culture and economy to a higher and greater access to information. Furthermore,

Facebook has changed the way Americans and other countries views the world

through the new information age. For Instance different kinds of businessmen and

women are using Facebook now as part of their marketing strategies, without

economy and culture proclivity.

The History of Facebook arrangement is still completely and considerably as

an issue or arguable answerable and to understand exhaustively the issue, the

detective or examiner would has to carry out a real hard work. Moreover, despite

the fact, all the contradistinction, the company’s history still be entitled to a careful

study as a bright good example of technological innovation which could connect or

join billions of people together as a family around the universe. Due to what

distinctiveness and eccentricity the company marking analyses Facebook became

the most attractive capitalized company in the market in account of time or dairy,

the reason is that, it name attractive one, because it create awareness to our daily

life’s in order to know what is going on around the world . It’s free to join without

requested any money, and it is the leader of the other social network.

Facebook has enormous and exceptional impact on American economy and

around the world, according to the report by Reed Albertgotti noted that” Facebook

was responsible for $227 billion in global economic impact and 4.5 million jobs

in the year end October 20014” (Reed A,). We all aware that Facebook has

a tremendous impact on our culture, in business around the world, it also has

impact on politics, Nowadays every politicians make use of it because it played a

crucial role in many elections across the world as well as United States, Indian,

Nigeria, china and United Kingdom. However Facebook served as the assembly of

people for a basis and inspired mass movements and political chagrin in many

countries

Thinking of Another impact of Facebook on American economy and culture

is that popular videos and photos being shared has made it played an enormous

role in establishing immediate World Wide Web dignitary, promoting American

and other worlds singers, Artists, provide good fortune for religion speech, and

congressperson. I've seem Facebook as a superior social networking and part of

technology that had thoroughly changed American and rest of the worlds culture

and economy.

Facebook has become a legitimate part of the life we live which has

contributed positively to the American economy and culture. Majority of

Americans who own smartphones share thousands of videos, messages that tells

their life story. According to 2014 statistic “ 2.72% of American people using

Facebook, more also 30% of American teens that consider Facebook the most

important social network” (Expanded rambling). It definitely has become a part of

Aculture. It has provided clear evidence of an increasing American culture. And

also Mark Zuckerberg “acquired Instagram for approximately $1billion in cash”

(primack, Dan). Facebook continue to expand and adapt with the American culture

that allowed Americans to view the world differently today.

In February 2004 Mark Zuckerberg “launched the Facebook” (Sarah Phillip)

as it was creating known. On August 2005 after the address was purchased for

$200000, ´in September 2006 the network was extended beyond educational

institutions to anyone with a registers email address” (Sarah Phillip, 2007).

Furthermore on “October 2008, Facebook announced that it would get up its

international headquarter in Dublin Ireland “(Press released), But “as for February

2011, Facebook has become the biggest and largest online photo host, being cited

by Facebook application and online photo aggregator pixable as expecting to have

100 billion photo by summer 2011”( Sarah Kessler, 2011). However, “in October

2011 over 350 million user accessed Facebook through their mobile phones

accounting for 33% of all Facebook traffic” (Richard MacManus).

In today’s society Mark Zuckerberg is a person that has allowed Americans

and rest of the countries to view our world differently through Face-booking with

technologically advanced in the society. However, it creates new relationship

among people around the world.

In term of economy Facebook has positive effect because it allowed

everybody to enjoy the incomparable riches that the global information expedient

offer, as a result of this, Facebook has positive effect on our daily life. Moreover in

term of use, it has become a scaffold and podium to share knowledge between

producers, and consumers around the world. The sway or spread of the Facebook

has created assured changed in our society today in the way we communicating

and passing information, emporium around the globe. Besides this, producers and

consumers has become a richer through the uses of Facebook, and this social

media is the appreciable and manifest form of spreading information facts around

the global. In term of the benediction of Facebook has assured effect in the life of

people in the society and their economy.

Facebook is a popular social media platform that is free to sign up and use.

The importance of Facebook is realized in its use as a connection point for one to

interact with loved ones, friends, colleagues and relatives and also it make us to

feel the real sense of belonging during chatting with new people. In addition, it`s

ease as a medium of personal contact, it helps teenagers prepare for life in the adult

social world. It also serve as the powerful way to communicate with our people, it

also motivate people to seek more friendship and to solve problem, like, situation

when people need someone advice to solve the problem his or her encounter, what

he have to do just posted anything that bothering or pother you and that it, within

few minute the problem will be solve when more than two hundred friend trying to

cheer up and advice you concerned your problem, within an hour you will felt

better.

CHAPTER 3- WHY IT IS IMPORTANT IN THE LIFE’S OF INDIVIDUAL

AROUND THE WORLD.

In today’s society everybody around the universe used Facebook, the reason

why Facebook became very important around the world to everybody. According

to Data “more than one million people are using it daily from all around the world”

.most people use Facebook for fun, the reason Facebook is most important is

because it’s easy way to stay in touch with our friends, exclusively our family

whom are outside their country, we can communicate with them on video chat, and

messenger chat, Facebook make us understand the easier way we could know what

our friends are doing right away. However, Facebook has many other applications

such as messenger, video call and games that users can enjoy.

In addition to its individual advantages of personal connection, its benefits

are felt in more ways than one as it comes off as the perfect way to get in touch in

communal settings with its open sharing feature set without the loss of privacy. It

seems to be the optimum communication tool of choice to disseminate individual

information in the society to heterogeneous audience without any delay. On

Facebook, new communities are easily created where activities are organized

which helps individuals in the society to communicate homogenous interest amidst

differing interests on a large scale. Facebook plays a good role in the life of

students, because it brings new words, secure admission and also help the job

seeker to create platform.

In places like Africa, Asia and even Southern America and other

underdeveloped countries and regions, Facebook serves as a medium of interacting

with the world as it brings those communities closer to the happenings of the real

world. This mean of education results in social transactions of chats and messages.

We can say it fosters social education as it brings civilization and development to

the youth of the society, and also it is important for people to begin paying close

attention to what it means to behave normal in public.

The growth rate and popularity of Facebook today make it more enormous

and useful to the individual’s around the world, and also makes it a legitimate chat

room. Over the last few years, Facebook has grown at a phenomenal rate with the

inclusion of users of different cultures and backgrounds. The only commonalities

are the ideas and perspective of the user base to meet with new people and develop

new ideas. ”there are over 890 million daily active users, and 1.9 billion mobile

active user, 42% of marketer report that Facebook is crucial to their business

”(Zephoria).

I've realized that if Facebook were to be a country it would be the 6th largest

country in the world. For example, “In 2010 statistics showed that over 90%

people living in Nigeria used Facebook. In Japan the Facebook usage statistic was

aggregated to be 51% male users and 49% female users. In the US, there are 46%

male users and 54% female users” (Free data. facebook.com). This statistics

analysis have makes me to understand that Facebook play successive role in the

life of individual in each country.

Another way I've realized that it have indelible mark in our businesses

strategy, is that it stand as a business support tools which can be used to create

awareness on their product, enabling an easy connection between businesses and

its customers, supporting the economy as a means of advertisement. Since

Facebook can target users privately, it helps businesses in product campaigns for

promotion for opening marketing. Those companies make good reputation through

Facebook for creating awareness to their products and feature set of their products.

Also enable the businesses to noticed what is going on in another country, and to

help the businesses to upload picture, and video of their products, to allow they

customers to see their product without having to visit they premise. It guarantee

their customers to send and receive message with one another. also it is an

interactive social networks in the form of video call, chatting, upload photo and

videos, and most government agents and businessmen and women were use it to

create awareness into their product, Even-though most politicians were used it to

support their campaign. For instance, when Obama was announced that he would

be ruing for president, his campaign was done on social network, like Facebook,

Also during the general election in Nigeria president Muhammad Buhari were

done his campaigns on Facebook in order to have more supporter, this was gave

him huge support. Another instance is the use of Facebook for Public awareness. A

good example is that of OSOpadec (Ondo State Oil Producing Area Development

Commission), Besides, a Nigeria government agency also used Facebook to pass

information to the indigent members of their communities to involve them about

the annually programs.

Facebook is also relevant as a tool to fight social causes like poverty,

hunger, religion, political causes etc. Evangelists and preachers of the gospel use

Facebook to spread the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ to the whole world.

Majority of News broadcasting in the world were use Facebook as way of pass

information to the world. A good example is the Vanguard,Shariah report, ABC

news, and so on.

Facebook has also now become the favorite source of news and global

trends. It reports worldwide trends as it unfolds news as feeds to its user base.

Facebook upload different news platform such as National news, Internationals

news or any kinds of news or any kind of the advertising, think Facebook is always

with us that we can reach every information every time we need them. It

aggregates such news from individual interests or based on the popularity of social

topics as the news breaks.

One of the passage I read in the practical argument textbook (page 300) the

writer says “Facebook has always been committed to being transparent about the

information you have stored with it. They have led the Internet in building tools to

give people the ability to see and control what they share” (Laurie G.Kirszner).

Back in the day, social media did not exist but today Mark Zuckerberg have create

social network through his technology skill which has evolved in such a way to

evolve Facebook and other social mediums. It seems to have improved social

civilization in an uncivilized or segmented sequestrated world order. And also

allow us to check in on mobile device at a particular place, so that our friends can

see our location.

CHAPTER 4- THE REASON WHY PEOPLE JOIN FACEBOOK.

The reason why people join Facebook, is because their want to have an idea

of what's going on in the world. Why people join Facebook for a couple of reasons

which may vary from it being the default social network, to the free cost of

membership and use, to its worldwide connectivity and its ease of messaging and

connection, in addition people join Facebook because of need to belong, need for

self-presentation and self-esteem, self-worth to associate closely with people on

line. People join Facebook because of job recruitment tools. Facebook serves as

the place to go for online job hunting. A good number of companies have lists of

jobs, job seekers then connect to these companies through Facebook. This

exchange help both job seekers to showcase their skills and for companies to

screen job candidates. As a means of job connections, Facebook can be said to

reduce unemployment, influencing the standard of the community that way.

People join Facebook to search College opportunities and to engage in the

admission process. High school students use this communication portal to gain

admission into Colleges and Universities. In addition, people also connect to

businesses this way for wieldy business transaction for means of this

communication portal for informational exchange, in order to create a strong

relationship among the producers and their customers.

People got marriage partners through Facebook by chatting and send photos

from one country to another. I also see Facebook as a helpful social network that

join many countries as one. Through Facebook, most people maintain a destination

where others go to find out more information about others. By using Google search

, Bing and other search engines are now indexed to profile information of the use

base on Facebook.

This technology (Facebook) has taken the world’s by storm and has become

an important element in the field of communication in the life’s of individual’s,

business and the society at large. It allows individuals to connect with each other's

on a one to one basis, it has the ability to provide individuals with information on

potential new connection to friends as well as customers for businesses. For

Facebook to connect businesses with customers, it plays the role of the means of

communication between businesses and their customers and prospect, this mean

that Facebook have turned away from traditional communication tools like,

advertising, newspaper and direct mail and has become the established storefront

for the customers. Through Facebook producers got enormous customers that will

patronage their products. Many companies used Facebook as the advertising and

the place of recruit people like job seeker, above-mentioned, Facebook is helpful in

the life of individual in the society, and also Facebook cannot be privacy, it can be

public.

Facebook’s influence on marketing communication,” 92% of marketer make

use of Facebook” (free data. Facebook.com) to advertised their products and it

creates the ability to reach out to customers and build good relationships among

them in as much as to provide the ability to share interactions that can involve

multimedia used of photos and videos of their products. It mandatory and

irremissible for students like me, to exchange idea during chatting and have ideas

of what happens in other continents, with all this evidence after said. Facebook is

reliable and helpful in the life of individual in the society.

I've read one book it called “Practical argument” some authors said

Facebook should be privacy and others said its cannot be privacy. But to me I after

I've views deeply about the enormous and benefit of Facebook in the life's of

individuals. I've said it cannot be privacy because it used by enormous companies

and their use it to pass information and recruiting employee. One author in the

practical argument said “Facebook cannot be private that photo we just shared with

friends, and it obvious that Facebook is on the internet, the main function is to

distribute information around the world, moreover, many employers are taking the

advantage of the treasure trove of information that Facebook sites

provide”( Farhad). I do hundred percent agree with Farhad Manjoo with his views

about Facebook. Other author says “Facebook has been relentless in its effort to

make more of what it knows about us like the music we listen to, the photo we

share and the friends we have available to our community through creative

means”( Nicholas). However, Facebook is important in the life of individual in the

society because it serve as an engine that pass information and reduce

unemployment rate. Even though it do more good than harms.

CHAPTER 5. RECOMMENDATION AND CONCLUSION .

It’s clear to all that the world is moving toward one direction through the

innovation or creation of Facebook which have make American look thing

different today and also helped the citizens in the field of technology stuffs to

reach of millions of new ideas . More also Facebook is changing the way people

interacting online through people. Facebook is also a popular service with its

advertising abilities targeting a specific consumer. In the aspect of professional

innovative, think Facebook also has strong impact in increasing number of

scientific journalist using it to passing some ideas to the people. In addition to this

want all those who would read my research paper to believe me without doubt that

Mark Zuckerberg has indelible mark on American economy and culture even all

the rest of countries in the world through his creation of Facebook, which has done

a lot of positively to humanity today and will continue to do as far as

communication and the world exist therefore. It is the best social tools since we

have internet.
