Most people say they admire Nelson Mandela.

I do too. (I even met him once).

If you were going to say you admire him (but even if you weren’t), make a list of the qualities that you most admire about him.

Who Are Your Heroes?

Who do you admire in life?

1. Start by thinking about people who have played a direct role in your life - members of your family, relatives, friends, teachers, coaches, people you've worked with or team mates.

2. Now think about people who’ve inspired you indirectly – perhaps authors, artists, celebrities or even fictional figures (in movies, books or comic books).

Who Would You Like To Be?Just think about that for a moment.

Pick someone who has a job and life that you really admire.

Just one person.

Then, pick out the qualities that you admire about that person (note, NOT their circumstances, but their qualities).
