P&P Romania is looking to fill in a Direct Expansion Technical Support Specialist position,

located in Bucharest for one of our clients, a leading international company globally renowned

for its status as a pioneer in air conditioning systems with product range in areas such as

heating, refrigeration, industrial cooling and ventilation which allow to offer a complete line of

applied solutions for residential, commercial and industry demands.

Main role:

The main purpose of the position is technical support and advisory services for field

sales consultants, partners and final clients through equipment selection and necessary

quotations in order to reach the best possible solution.

Essential functions and duties:

• Strong cooperation especially with field sales engineers

• Support customers in equipment selections and make related quotations

• Grasp customer needs and take necessary actions to offer best possible solutions

• Support sales colleagues in further defined back office tasks

• Gain and maintain up to date knowledge of company’s products and their application

Profile:

• Candidates must be qualified to minimum BSC level in a related engineering discipline

(“Instalatii” or “Energetica”) would be a prerequisite requirement.

• Several years’ experience in the HVAC business or related fields with experience in

design and engineering HVAC systems would be a plus but not mandatory since we look

also for young graduates willing to build a long lasting career within HVAC field

• Fluent English, native Romanian
