3D PhotographyTo make a photograph look 3D, there needs to be two pictures taken with roughly two inches horizontally between them, using a tripod is recommended so the images are the in the exact same position. Once in Photoshop, when the pictures are in two different layers, click on advanced blending and channels and unclick R. After this, make the Background layer into Layer 0. After this you need to choose a focus point. Not too central, just off the centre. With the move tool, drag layer 1 with the red over to where it is in layer 0. After this, crop the parts of the picture that are unwanted and save as. To view the picture in 3D, put on 3D glasses with the red lens over the left eye.

Use a tripod to set up the camera about 10 to 15 ft away from the space which you are able to draw with a torch. You can do a test shot in the light with a normal shutter speed to test if the picture will be right and you will have enough room. After this is all fine, edit the shutter speed to around 30 seconds. You can put on a timer for your walk to the space where you will draw. Once this is done, turn the lights out and get a light. Once you press the capture button, go to your marked spot and start drawing or writing with your light. After the 30 seconds you can turn the light on and look at your picture.

High Speed PhotographyTo make a high speed photograph, you need a very quick shutter speed on your camera. The faster that the shutter speed is, the accurate the photograph will turn out. The light that is captured in this quick amount of time is then turned into an image. Each think that moves when the image is being taken is recorded as a single image. Most cameras will allow you to go up to 1/1000th of a second, but a really good one will get you up to 1/52,000 of a second. The object that will be photographed e.g. a balloon will need a lot of light shining onto it. The room needs to be dark. On the camera, the shutter speed will need to be adjusted so that the aperture will remain open for as long as possible. Once this is set up, take the picture and flash the strobe light once.
