Greetings of peace and prosperity!
This is to express my sincerest apologies for my failure to formally file my resignation letter and accomplish the necessary documents as stated in your letter dated February 15 and February 20,2015 respectively. It was not my intention to overlooked the required procedures on Policy on Tardiness(POT) and unable to come to the office. the last two(2) remaining days of my transition. The recent physical condition of my mother as well as other family concerns necessitate my immediate attention. It is in this end that I am appealing for your kind consideration and understanding. Rest assured I will be mindful of the administrative processes that I should settle relative to this matter.
Henceforth, inasmuch as there is an intention to submit the required correspondence as part of the resignation procedures, the foregoing proceedings hinder such initiative.
May the above-cited narrative statement clarify some concerns and settle the inadvertent technical lapse. If I can be of any help please let me know.

This is to tender my resignation from my post as Internet Library Staff effective August 31, 2015 or on October 31. (if possible)
I decided to resign from my position, because of the recent physical conditions of my mother as well as other family concerns necessitate my immediate attention as I cited in my previous letter dated 25 May 2015.
If I have outstanding accumulated annual leave and other benefits or management prerogative please advise me (The Human Resources Department Officer AGG) how much I have and when I should take it.
My stay in MARY THE QUEEN COLLEGE for the last eight years and eight months provided “learning” opportunities to face life ahead with vigor and gusto.
Thank you for the privilege to serve our stakeholders and for giving me this opportunity, to work here, at this organization. I really enjoyed, my time here, and value the relationships, that I have developed, during my experience here.

I decided to resign, from my position, because a new opportunity has come up, and I would like to, pursue this opportunity. If I have outstanding accumulated annual leave, please advise me how much I have and when I should take it.
My stay in POORGOLD for the last (1000) year provided “learning” opportunities to face life ahead with vigor and zest.
