Look Closer
What problem does this company solve?
What problem does the group/team hiring me solve?
What Products, Solutions or Services does this company and my group offer?
Research For Connections
A LinkedIn search for my target company and my target role. (To identify people whom I may consider approaching for advice)
Deliberate search (LinkedIn, Google,..) for people who could help make an introduction or even recommend. (Example – school alumni working at the same company)
