SERVICES OF RELAIS EMPLOI :

Individual monitoring for jobseekers in order to optimise the recruitment process for businesses.

Help create professional development plans by putting in place various measures.

Access to a number of further education programmes (national education “éducation nationale”, professional training courses “formation professionnelle”)

Work on the techniques to find a job: CV, cover letters, interview preparation. In the form of workshops or individual sessions.

Initiating contact with businesses for those who expressly ask for it (by telephone and/or in person).

A place of knowledge and a meeting place for employers and jobseekers.

Social support (financial help, as well as housing and health) and the possibility of intermediating with social services. Reorientation of people towards our organisational partners, depending on individual needs.

On the 31st of August, the “RSA” covers 49 500 inhabitants of the Lower Rhine department (spouses, with depending minors), that is 4,6% of the population.

Mission• This team offers young people a bespoke course in order to prepare them for

an internship and help secure the internship contract. Our internship team advisers create, together with the young people, their internship plan which would help consolidate their knowledge base and their competencies, and offer them a programme aiming to uncover the world of business and all the parties to the internship process (employer, “CFA”, consulting chamber etc). Similarly, our internship advisers will help during the actual signing of the internship contract.

Targeted population• This is relevant for young people identified and mobilised by the Relais

Emploi, without qualification, off their professionnal course, but who have created, together with their adviser, their internship access plan.

The two branches are closely linked, the aim being to be able to help the same person look for long-term employment opportunities (limited duration contracts “CDD” of over 6 months or unlimited duration contracts “CDI”) and at the same time to offer them all the possible opportunities

Mission

By intermediating instances of insertion, to raise the rate of access to employment by jobseekers in difficulty (youngsters without qualifications, recipients of government aid “RSA”, long-term jobseekers etc.)

Jobseekers in difficulty, from the Strasbourg employment pool.

The objective is to make 200 placements per year.
