Standard Merchant PricingOur current merchant pricing structure gives you greater flexibility and helps you better manage the profitability of your portfolio. The following is a breakdown of our standard pricing:

• Swiped—1.69% discount rate and $0.25 transaction fee • Keyed—2.39% discount rate and $0.25 transaction fee• In addition, we have developed the following two options for pricing downgraded transactions:

Option 1– Requires no per-item downgrade fee

– Mid-qualified = qualified discount rate plus 0.95% + $0.00

– Non-qualified = qualified discount rate plus 1.95% + $0.00or

Option 2– Provides lower downgrade rates but requires a $0.10 per-item downgrade fee

– Mid-qualified = qualified discount rate plus 0.69% + $0.10

– Non-qualified = qualified discount rate plus 1.50% + $0.10
