SISTEMA DOTALEDOWRY SYSTEM

The “dote” (dowry) is an individual grant that certain categories of job seekers (eg disabled, over 45, over 55, unemployed women, unemployed young people) can “spend” to obtain training and orientation services from an accredited work agency.

Job seekers can choose the accredited agency where to spend their dowry.

Depends on some characteristics of the person as: employability, age, qualification, gender. Based on these charateristics 4 categories of beneficiaries, entitled to different amount:

Higher amounts for entrepreneurship projects.

Companies that hire people: Unemployed for more than 12 months Unemployed for more than 6 months (if > 50 years old, or > 45 &

qualifications below the diploma or professional qualification) Workers in extraordinary redundancy fund Young people up to 29 who do not have a regular paid

employment for at least 6 months

Receive an incentive of: € 3.000 for contracts of at least 12 months € 8000 for permanent contracts (including apprenticeship).
