P&P Romania looks for a financial professional to fill in a Planning & Commercial Performance

Monitoring Manager, based in Bucharest for a multinational company from energy sector.

Main role:

The purpose of the Planning & Commercial Performance Monitoring Manager is to coordinate a team

of 2 people who have the responsibility to manage monitoring and analysis of commercial (sales &

marketing) indicators per activities, identifying trends and indicators for improving commercial results, etc.

The scope is to ensure timely submission, accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data for the sales

and marketing activities working together with Sales and Marketing teams to identify action plans for

improving customer profitability, monitors KPIs related to the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service

activities at country and counties level and prepares the monthly follow up of the actual sales results vs

budget/estimate (eg commercial conditions budget follow up, profitability by customers), marketing budgets,

etc.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate would have a finance education, ideally ACCA, and a minimum 5 years professional

experience in finance, analysis, reporting & business controlling exposed to sales, marketing and customer

service activities, ideally within distribution sector. At least 1 year of a small team coordination is a plus.

Effective skills in operating MS Office (Word, Excel including macros & pivots, Power Point), and excellent

knowledge of English are a must.
