DESCRIPTION
I was born in Sardinia in 1982. I attended the Language High School and after studies I moved to Urbino, where I graduated in Languages and Culture for Enterprise and later in Marketing and Communication. While in Urbino I have explored every corner of the university town, taste the flavors and appreciate the ancient colors, I started my first work experience in Marketing at it Consult, a software house to medium and large companies, leader in Italy on issues of Knowledge Management, where I am currently dealing with Business Development. I consider myself a versatile worker with in/out and on/offline marketing skills, commercial capabilities with medium-large international and national customers. The good knowledge of Spanish, English and French allows me to accurately manage the entire life cycle of the foreign customer, starting from his acquisition to the product delivery and its after sales service. I’ve always been a curious and creative person, and during my training and professional life I have had a growing interest in Web 2.0, new media and technologies in general: I’m really a very #SocialAddicted, absolutely "in love" with any form of social network. I’m familiar with enterprise CRM, corporate website management and public tenders, preparation of case studies and customer satisfaction analysis. Speaking about attitude and behavior, I have initiative and team spirit, I am a dynamic and flexible worker with a strong focus on results. The ability to adapt and communicate allows me to consolidate strong relationships and maintain them over time. I respect the deadlines, I have a high level of stress tolerance, I manage projects independently and I think I express myself best in creative marketing activities, experiential and co-marketing.

Main activities and responsibilities:
Marketing & Communication area: I manage and coordinate the activities of in/outdoor, on/offline marketing, I evaluate web advertisement tools and social communication approval by the marketing department, I collaborate in the definition and development of marketing strategies and advertising campaigns. I have direct responsibility for corporate website update, design and management of company newsletters, e-mail marketing and direct e-mail. In terms of graphics, I supervise and control corporate and product communication, I manage the activities of press office, I organize corporate and non corporate events (Knowledge Box, OMAT, partner events).Commercial area: I manage the commercial aspects of medium-large, Italian and foreign clients both in private and public sector (Conei, San Lorenzo Yacht, Trenitalia). The good knowledge of languages (Spanish, English and French) allows me to take care of the entire life cycle of the foreign clients from the order to the products delivery and any incremental product sales.

Main activities and responsibilities:
I identified and proposed operating marketing strategies, coordinating activities in order to maximize turnover and margin for each service offered. I time analyzed market data and I proposed the annual budget for promotion. I developed communication plans, institutional promotion and I suggested advertising strategies, approved by the management, to improve and disseminate the image and corporate service. I coordinated the hotel promotion with on and offline tools, I defined the contents of the website and I created relationships with the local commercial services.I coordinated complex digital projects (SEM, SEO, Display Advertising, Affiliation, Email and Social Media Marketing) on time and on management’s objectives and customer’ s expectations. I’m able to manage web usability, marketing and analytics tools, I have good skills in the application of various techniques of SEO / SEM. I’m familiar with the Microsoft Office package (especially Microsoft Word and Excel) and Open Office, email programs and web browsing.
