at MTU Aero Engines in the R&D department

I also mastered my german skills
During my studies I completed a summer internship in Munich
My next internship was at GE Energy in R&D department
Back then I was thinking of becoming a Designer

Becoming Jr. Design&Development Engineer at Tenneco was my first full time job in the automotive industry
I also worked there and wrote my Master Thesis

2010I got the master degree in Mechanical
Engineering. I graduated with results rated top 10% in the class.
I received an offer from Tenneco for a Design&Development Engineer position
What I did at Tenneco ?
I made around 800 simulations to prove durability of the shock absorber parts*…
…Involved in projects for leading OEM companies
like McLaren or Ford
*Worked on shock absorber durability for McLaren MP4-12C
Leading a team of 5 people as a vice-coordinator
Managing 2 global projects and cooperating with internal partners from all over the world
Mentoring and supporting younger colleagues through trainings
So, I did postgraduate studies in Project Management at Warsaw School of Economics SGH
2012-2013
…but it wasn’t enough for me
2012I always wanted to work for BMW, so I moved back to
Munich and started working for IDIADA - a BMW partner
What am I doing at IDIADA ?
My daily challenge…
…making cars safer and assuring that they get
4+ stars in crash tests
I took part in many BMW Group
projects* Made more than 14 car models safer
*Worked on passive safety system for this BMW i8
