What is Youth Connect?

Part of NHWorks, Youth Connect is a collaborative effort among Manchester workforce development organizations and other non-profits dedicated to helping businesses connect with, and grow, the youth workforce talent in our area.

How do we serve business?

Each Youth Connect partner brings their expertise and talents to the table in preparing our youth for the world of work.

We’re your partner in building a pipeline of workforce talent on which Manchester businesses can rely.

We have five flexible options for you.

Tap into our candidates for internships, job shadow and volunteer opportunities.

#2: Become a Business Champion

Each business that mentors one of our youth is recognized as a Manchester Business Champion on all of our promotional materials.

#3: Promote your industry

Inspire the next workforce generation to consider a career in your industry, by giving a presentation to youth, or offering field trips to your business.

#4: Learn new skills

Employer workshops and seminars on a multitude of topics are available through our Youth Connect partners.
