Present situation labour market

In general 2.2% economic growth in 2010 Growing fast: Still problematic:- industry - construction- wholesale - hotel and catering industry- transportation - retail- agriculture

Unemployment rate 5.7% (449.000), decreasing

15% more vacancies in 2010 than 2009 at PES

Wages

Legal minimum wage- 23 years and older : € 1416,00 gross / month- 18 – 22 years depending on age a percentage of the

minimum wage Wage as agreed in Collective Labour Agreements (CAO)

- Also for recruitment agencies Wages can be negotiated between employer and

employee
