Lean Six Sigma “Green Belt Certification” course presentsan overview of the Six-Sigma problem solving methodologyand statistical tools and focus on specific topics in detail as
appropriate for the Green Belt level. The course relies onteamwork and the previous work experience of the
participants as it builds a common vocabulary for thegroup, reviews the application of various statistical toolsand provides hands on training in their various methods
and application.

Gain Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification which is valid globally.Understand the Six-Sigma problem solving methodology.Review the various Six Sigma tools available.Examine the application of Six Sigma tools in a business contextPerform hands on exercises to allow students to build a level of understanding on thepractical application of the toolsDemonstrate teamwork & collaborative learning of the course and program.Demonstrate the ability to apply Six Sigma tools and techniques in the real world
