Hair - Female

• Hair should be neatly and nicely brushed

• Hair should be regularly trimmed so it will not lose its style and manageability

• Ponytails should only be tied up with black or dark brown hair band

• Untied hair down should not cover any part of your face (e.g. eyes) and should still be neatly in place.

Hair – Female (Contd.)• Only black or brown hair pins should

be used.• Highlight or hair coloring should be in

line with skin tone, no extreme hair color (e.g. pink, blue, green)

• Fringes should not cover the eye, and sit maximum above the eyebrow.

Uniform - Female

• Uniforms should be clean and free of crease

• CSRs, VIP Assistants and Executive Assistants should always wear the uniform provided by the Company

• Uniform for other positions will be a set of jacket and trousers/skirt or jacket or a one piece dress ( of classic style and color)

• Jacket or suits should be in one coordinated color

Accessories – Female• Tasteful and professional

accessories and jewelries are allowed.

• Eye glasses should present you professionally, no trendy frames in bold colors or fancy frames

• Contact lenses should be in natural color, no colorful lenses that may appear distracting or disturbing

• Only one earring on each earlobe is allowed. No extra piercing.

• Bangles or bracelets are discouraged

• No loud or offensive jewelry• Anklets are not allowed• Watches should have

professional shape and no oversized watch is allowed

• No Sport Watch is allowed (except for IT and O.A)

• No visible Tattoos

Shoes & Stockings Female

• Female employees wearing skirts should always wear black or dark gray panty hose

• Female employees may wear trousers with matching corporate top

• Panty hose should always be free of running holes.

• Only black shoes is allowed for CSRs• No open toes shoes are allowed for

CSRs• Minimum heels for the shoes is 5 cm• Shoes should be regularly polished. No

broken soles or worn out straps allowed

Hair – Male• Hair should be trimmed

regularly• Length of hair should not

exceed the collar of the shirt• No trendy hairstyle is allowed

(Mohawk, skinhead, zigzag etc)

• Highlight or hair coloring should be in line with skin tone, no extreme hair color

Face – Male• Facial hair should be shaved on

a daily basis• Side burns should not be longer

than the middle of the ear and only straight line cut is allowed

• Avoid using a strong smelling aftershave

• Clean face regularly to maintain a fresh look (not oily or perspired)

• No Beard or Moustache allowed

Uniform – Male• Uniforms should be clean and free of

crease• Office Assistants should always wear

the uniform provided by the Company• Uniform for other positions will be a

set of long sleeves shirt with a tie and trousers

• Jacket or suits when worn should be in one coordinated color

• Undershirts should be plain with no design or pattern

Accessories – Male• Specs should present a

professional business look, no trendy frames with extreme color and shapes allowed

• Contact lenses should be in natural color only

• Black Belt with plain buckle• No Earrings

• Watches should have professional shape

• No Sport Watch is allowed (except for IT and O.A)

• Ring should only be worn on the ring finger and maximum of one ring on each hand

• No fashion ring is allowed• No visible Tattoos

Tie, Shoes & Socks – Male

• Ties must be of Classic or plain print. No cartoon characters or bold patterns.

• Tie design & Color should match the shirt

• Only black socks is allowed, no visible print and design

• Socks should be free of holes• Only black shoes is allowed• Shoes should be regularly

polished and well kept
