INTRODUCTION OF EXISTING SYSTEM In the existing system, website is completely static and

HTML based web site. The static web site only display college information’s like

college history, courses offered, contact details, Faculties and management details only.

Student Record: All the Information’s of students are maintained by paper work, which is very difficult and time consuming to maintain and search. Staff Record: All the Information of staff is maintained on paper which is not secure. Result Record: All Information about result maintain on excel sheet that information is very difficult to maintain for faculties and difficult to display to students in proper format. Attendance Record: All Information about attendance Maintain on excel sheet which required to maintain properly by faculties in authorized manner.

ENHANCEMENT IN EXISTING SYSTEM

It is useful for the students, staff, parents who like to display Result as well attendance and all that task like event ,news, fresh assignment without going to college.

In this website have faculty can upload the student class result and assignment and its visible for all student which are related to branch.

Parents have a personal id for view the result and attendance of student.

Accuracy and security can be maintained easily.

The system is not cover the online fees collection. This system doesn’t provide library management. This system is not cover online admission. This system does not cover to pay staff salary. The system is web-base application so internet facility must

be need.

Future ScopeThere are many future scope is mentioned below:

In future our system can include Online Accounting System, Good Backup and Restore Facility.

System is so much flexible so in future it can increase easily and new modules can be added easily.

You can add online student admission as well pay online fees
