Interviewing
This Interview module will have a person knowing what to do on an interview. The module will tell the person how to answer the most popular questions a recruiter asks and what questions you should ask on the interview. There are tips to further help the person get the job as well. After reviewing this module a person should have a pretty good grasp of how to interview. They should know how to conduct themselves from the moment of entering the potential employer’s building to the end of the interview.

Resumes-Cover Letters
The Resume/Cover Letter Module will teach a teen and young adult how to build a resume and cover letter step by step. The module will also show how a person who has never worked will be able to build a resume as well. The resume has three formats that most employers are familiar with such as chronological, functional and achievement. The person will be able to distinguish which format will best serve their needs.

Networking
Networking can be the most rewarding thing as well as the most frustrating for some people. Most people cringe when they have to go to a networking event. The module will show strategies in how to use networking to your advantage. The module will give valuable tips and also a person will have several scenarios to help them maneuver the networking process.

Dressing for all
Occasions
Teens and young adults will know how to dress for different occasions. They will understand the differences between black tie, white tie, casual, formal, etc. They will also understand how dressing correctly can be the difference in getting the job or not being considered for the job. It can be the difference of getting the promotion or being looked over again for a promotion . After studying this module a person will know how to dress in all occasions without feeling self conscience or unsure.

This particular module is considered a bonus. Studies have shown that teens and young adults who have never had benefits will have questions. We decided to add this module to help them understand the many different plans and how having benefits are so important.

Customer Service
Customer Service has to be one of the most important aspects of any business. It does not matter what you do, customer service plays a major part. How you treat customers determines if they do business with you again or if they take their business elsewhere. It is almost certain that every business owner would like to keep a recurring customer as oppose to finding a brand new one. So many businesses invest a ton of money in customer service skills because it is that important.

Public Speaking
Public speaking is a common stress for most people. It does not matter if you are a beginner or you have experience, everyone gets nervous. This module will show a person hot to deliver your message for the intended audience. It has tips such as how your body language can make or break your speech or how to prepare you voice before speaking. The module shows you examples of when you will need to speak in front of an audience. The module goal should make a person feel more confident when delivering their speech.

Time Management
This module will show how to use time management tools to help be more productive throughout the day regardless of the task. We show how interruptions, meetings and even procrastination can wreck havoc on the things a person needs to do. After this module a person will have an idea of how to manage their time more effectively and will be able to decide what is more important to tackle at the moment.

Leadership
The Leadership module will give traits of an effective leader. There are examples of people who have master the art of leadership. The module will show anyone can become a leader because it is something a person just do. The leadership module will have different scenarios so the person can practice how they will step up and handle the situation.

Business Etiquette Part 1 and
Part 2
The Business Etiquette modules are very intensive. They are divided in two parts. The first part will deal with introductions, handshakes, body language, presence and rules of email. The second part will consist of business entertaining, dining and business protocol in other countries. The modules will break down the rules and how a person should conduct themselves in certain situations. It is so important in business to have great manners because ultimately promotions come more easily to the person who has them. Each module will have a test.

Salesmanship
The Salesmanship module will show what skills and talents are needed to sell and close the sale. We all are salesmen. We sell something everyday. The module mentions some of the ways we sell to each other. Being a salesman takes dedication and it takes time to conquer it. The module has different activities so a person going over the activities can assess how they will close the deal.

The Relationship Module talks about signs of an abuser to how to get along with older generation in the marketplace. We explore how to really get along with others and how to build lasting relationships with customers. The module will show how relationships can build or tear you down. The module will also tell you in the marketplace relationships will become important because of what you will gain from either your job or your own business. We will work with so many people from different backgrounds, religion, color, culture, etc. Diversity is huge now in the marketplace and we all have to embrace it if we want to get along.
Goal Setting
The Goal Setting Module is a powerful process for thinking about your ideal future, and for motivating a person to turn their vision into reality. We begin by using the acronym SMART Goals to help all remember these characteristics. A SMART chart is enclosed with this module to get the ball running.

The Spirituality Module is a module which basically ask “Is this all there is”. A person can choose to look over this module and answer the questions or they can omit this entire module.

Our servitude module shows how helping and doing things for others makes our lives much more meaningful and fulfilled. The module gives little examples of how we can begin to serve others and activities to actually serve others and then talk about how a person feels while helping someone else.
