Job Brief

- Call client to speak in depth about what the role is and who they are looking for

- Covering: what the company does, function and key responsibilities of the role as well as essential and desirable candidates criteria

- Establish interview questions which will act to weed out not suitable candidates and highlight key competencies and experience they are looking for

48 Hour Call

With Candidates:

- Log client onto the system and provide training so they can use it on their own

- Discuss top 5 candidates and reasons for shortlisting them – matching skills to criteria

- Encourage and discuss urgency of arranging interviews

Without Candidates:

- Non-shortlisted candidates- Discuss actions already completed and next

steps; additional advertising, CV Searching, Competitors? Other locations? Search terms/Key words? Different Job title?

- Analyse job brief and negotiate essential criteria if necessary

- Discuss their expectations

Service Calls

- Obtain feedback on current candidates and sell more if we have more

- Who is standing out and why – constantly refine the search criteria

- What is the need for additional candidates?

- Discuss who they’re interviewing and when are they taking place

- How many interview stages do they have?

- If needed; discuss what else we can do to improve response (similar to 48 hour call without candidates)

- Advise of the CV searching progress

Expiry Call

- Obtain feedback on candidates and quality of CV’s

- What candidates are they taking through to interview and what is the interview process

- Challenge client on failure to interview rejected candidates

- Obtain feedback on service overall, personal service and the system

- Would they use us again? - Do they have any improvements?
