DRESS FOR SUCCESS SAN DIEGO

SUITING Clients meet with one of our personal shoppers to assist with choosing appropriate interview attire. Women receive a suit, and when available, shoes, accessories, handbags, and makeup. Once employed, clients are invited to a second suiting session to receive additional workplace-appropriate attire to ease their transition into the work environment.

PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S GROUP (PWG) Clients are invited to join the PWG, a monthly forum for networking, sharing of new experiences and challenges, and developing job and life skills. Expert speakers address subjects such as financial literacy, stress management, workplace etiquette, and nutrition and wellness.

ONE-TO-ONE MENTORING In this 3-6 month program, clients are teamed with successful businesswomen for guidance, support and consultation on employment- related issues and career building opportunities.

CAREER CENTER Women are given the opportunity to meet with a career professional to receive job search assistance, resume critiques, mock interviews, career planning, skill assessments, and career-related resources.

SKILLS TRAINING ONLINE Clients receive job-skills evaluations and can access online training modules from Robert Half International, the world's first and largest specialized staffing firm.
