Do these 5 things for your next phone interview

1. Get dressed for the part– Just because they can’t see you does not mean they can’t feel you

3. Do your research in advance– Don’t get distracted and do that while on the phone

4. Stand up– Take a power stance and get a headset

5. Practice smiling– Your interviewer will “hear” it in your voice
