Disseminated information by phone and email in accordance to FEMA's legally approved guidelines. Processed approximately 40-50 daily inbound calls in accordance to the company’s procedures and
metrics. Responded, in accordance to FEMA – approved language, to 10-12 e-mails within a daily 1-hour time
frame per the company’s established metrics. Resolved disputes between two or more parties pertaining to the NFIP’s flood insurance requirements. Acted as a liaison for FMIX-related problems as reported by the public, such as a mission-critical website
that was experiencing technical issues.

Assisted with the management of District of Columbia Government, Geographic Information System’s Master Address Repository, a complex geospatial database of building addresses, intersections, city blocks, residential units, and other location identifiers within Washington, DC.
Created automated geoprocessing models to run routine updates to specific, mission critical geospatial datasets that resulted in approximately 60% reduction in the amount of time.
Edited, updated and/or created geospatial data sets that were in accordance to DC GIS’s standards Respond to user-reported discrepancies, researched owner information, and relayed important changes to
public/private entities, such as the U.S. National Park Service and Google. Assisted in an annual project with the United States Postal Service to ensure address accuracy of
Washington, DC’s primary and secondary addresses, which resulted in a 4% match rate increase from 2010 to 2011 with an overall match rate of 95%.
