Overseeing construction and inspection activities in the field to insure safety, quality, and schedule are met while staying under budget. Coordinating between operations, inspection, project manager, and contractors to insure project is completed with schedule and budget being meet.

Chief Inspector. Responsible for organizing inspectors, coordinating between operations and contractors to insure project is kept running smooth within budget and on time, looking for any problems that may arise and correcting them in a cost effective and timely manner, overseeing and gathering documents and building job book needed for record keeping on pipeline projects including internal cleaning, pigging, hydrostatic testing, rehab, and new construction.

Utility Inspector. Responsible for overseeing pipeline work activities such as sandblasting and coating, excavation, backfill, ROW clearing, ROW clean up, hydrostatic testing, and pigging, to insure work is completed safely and all client and DOT policies and procedures are followed.

General Foreman. Responsible for planning, overseeing, and tracking work of multiple crews on field operation projects in oil and gas refineries. Redlining and keeping drawings current to new revisions.

TULSA INSPECTION RESOURCES: Tulsa, Oklahoma 04/15 to Present Field Engineer Tech – Working closely with project engineers, for planning, coordinating, troubleshooting, and overseeing Cortez Co2 expansion projects throughout New Mexico and Colorado areas for Kinder Morgan thru all phases from breaking ground to commissioning. Four new pumping stations were simultaneously built along with a 4 mile 16” loop line. Worked closely with Construction manager as counterpart to drive construction activities throughout the project. Filled in as chief on two locations as the project was winding down to completion.

TULSA INSPECTION RESOURCES; Tulsa, Oklahoma 02/14 to 04/15 Construction Manager – Planning work scope; coordinating between project manager, inspection, operations and contractors; making sure that work scope is followed. Completed as-builds of finished piping systems to reflect alterations from original scope of work secondary to engineering design flaws, field interferences, and start up necessities.
