DESCRIPTION
Education & Career choice is a complex decision for students since it determines the kind of profession that they intend to pursue in life. Mostly students try to make career choice while in secondary school, some while perusing graduation even few after completion of their education. The factors that influence in choosing education and career include skills, competency & interest which are greatly influenced by society, Culture, Gender, Social and Economic Conditions, Fantasies of children & parents, peer students characteristics and money. Very often we forget to include very important factors such as personality, intelligence, attitude, and beliefs. Personality is of great importance in success at work; consequently, some employers have developed psychometric tests that you will be expected to take as part of the recruitment process will include a short personality test. The principle behind these tests is that it is possible to quantify your personality by asking you about your feelings, thoughts and behavior in a variety of situation both at work and outside of work. But still the employee retention rate in those companies are not encouraging and a sizable youths are not happy with their profession.

Background
After schooling; for higher education & job he must have travelled and is likely to be bit aggressive after schooling. As the planets are evenly distributed in Drekana he can do works involving travel as well office jobs. He is very much influenced by moon and Venus which represent mother, wife, females, mind, artistic qualities. His moon is not in a very good position hence his mind must be disturbed and may experience some issues on mother.
He has passed through phases of Saturn which is retrograde in 12 th house with good strength and is going through the period of mercury which has also got strength. Strangely though coming from a decent family back ground he will not get support in his initial phase of life as well as in career. With the influence of yoga he will be good natured and religious minded and is going to focus on mother, comfort, home and spiritualism. His 5th lord is mars is strongly influenced by mercury in natal charts as well as D- charts. Hence he will take up his career in the field of his study and career will be strongly influenced by what he has studied. If he has got higher education like PHD there are some hindrances. He will have challenges in written communication and younger siblings hence he should not take up career which strongly requires a lot of written communication. (writing letters, drafts etc)

Venus represents music, dance, arts, hotel management, tourism, computer, animation, graphic engineering or jobs of similar type.
Mars represents logic related, mechanical, engineering related or jobs of similar type.
He will do well in careers which is combination of both qualities mars and Venus which involves some travel and not involved with too much of written communication (writing letters, drafts etc)
All the planets except moon have improved their position in astakavarga hence gradually his professional stature will improve.
He will not have a very excellent financial status or he may not focus on money but likely to get material comforts of life
Dynamic Factors – If he is working; for last two years he must be experiencing a good period in profession, education & business.
