What is the last working role you have 24 hours before you retire (last role)? Your dream, what will make you happy Limitless, assume no roadblocks Assume you acquired all necessary skills, and experience You may have more than one end state You may already be there !

What type of organization will your last role be working for? Small, mid, large organization? Entrepreneur? Industry sector? Technology vs. business? Consulting versus Product?

What would be your role in that organization? Founder? Strategic thinker? Corporate Development? Human resource development? Tech guru?

What qualifications are required for your last role? Consider all types of qualifications, skills, and

experience required Could be written as a job description Be as detailed as possible May require research into the role (including discussions

with individuals currently in that role) Accuracy is important
