Sit quietly and reflect on the following questions and jot down the answers to each:

1. What skills do I have? 2. What are my strengths? 3. What are my weaknesses? 4. What are my personal values? 5. What do I enjoy most about my work? 6. What are my work based achievements? 7. What areas would I like to develop further? 8. What would an ideal day consist of? 9. What motivates me? 10. What don't I enjoy and/or de-motivates me?
