hazard.
Be aware of any oncoming traffic
including trams, cars and trains.
Moderate Stay aware from any roads or pavements
which could carry the mobile transport.
Bad weather conditions.
This could happen on the date of
shoot depending on the weather.
This couldn’t harm anyone unless the
weather is so severe that it could harm
any persons.
The weather conditions could be
so bad that equipment gets damaged (rain, snow, lightning)
Pre-prepare a date which the weather conditions are okay
to film in.
Low Have a backup date where the weather is in perfect filming
conditions.
Lack of filming equipment.
This could be a major hazard and can occur at any
valuable shooting time.
This couldn’t harm any person but could affect the outcome of the
grade.
If the equipment is damaged then this
could cause the reason for the
equipment being unable to use.
Book the camera and equipment so
that there is full confirmation that the equipment can
be used.
Moderate Find another camera or equipment that can be used if the
current equipment is unavailable.
Getting Lost This could be a hazard in a way that the filmer or featured people could get lost as Manchester is a
big town.

situation unless they get harmed from
the situation.
No property could become damaged from this Hazard.
Don’t go anywhere which is unfamiliar, keep together with
other people.
Low Make sure every person has a phone
on them so if this hazard occurs then they have a way of
contact.
Cancelled transport The hazard could delay the whole shoot because
without transport there would be no
way to shoot in town.
This won’t hurt anyone because this hazard isn’t harmful.
This hazard wouldn’t damage any equipment
Have a backup of transport which
could be used instead of local
transport e.g. train/ bus.
Low Check the transport issues for that day
also weather because that could be one reason for
cancelled transport
Featured person is unable to feature in
the video.
This could be a hazard because it
can affect the shoot without
them there.
This hazard isn’t harmful but could affect my overall

This hazard wont damage any equipment
Have a substitute person prepared to replace the current person who can’t
feature in the video.
