DO’S• Solve customers’ problems as THEY perceive them• Give customer everything asked for - don’t try to think for them• Address every request• Explain how you’ll fill every requirement clearly, concisely• Explain why you are unique - differentiate yourself• Give evaluators the material they need to support their decision in your favour
DON’TS• Postpone writing 1st draft until not enough time to produce high quality• If you must boast, prove it• Don’t write a novel
