1. Rodney Bulger - Self employed as a treatment writer for television and film and a novelist. 2. Robert Mckee is the person I am giving a reference for. 3. I have known Robert since 1997. He has been a long time friend and has given me advice on travel over the years. 4. I believe Robert will be highly successful as an independent travel agent because he has a very personal touch with people. He puts people's needs ahead of everything else. He possesses that rare quality of genuineness in business that makes him trustworthy and a joy to do business with. Robert is very intelligent and keeps up to date with things going on in this field. He has a good head for business. 5. Robert is the type of individual that watches out for people he is trying to help and not just make a quick dollar from them. In all my years of knowing him, he has been honest and up front with people he deals with. Robert returns calls promptly and stays in touch with people, which makes a person feel like he is the number one client. With Robert, making money is important, but creating relation- ships with people and networking are of the utmost importance. 6. Robert has always been a multi tasker, handling many things at once, but more importantantly, he has a gift of prioritizing and juggling things in a way where everything gets accomplished or falls into place as it should be. He has always been the type of person people go to for advice on things and not only come up with solutions, but ways to implement those solutions. He is not an indecisive person by any means. He has a gift of being able to talk to just about anyone and has a way of making them feel comfortable. Robert knows that the way to gain respect and repeat business is to give top-notch customer service. 7. If six months from now I heard Robert wasn't successful after being accepted by your company, my only guess would be that the bottom had fallen out of the travel market. I see no reason why Robert's business would fail.

8. I think that any business with Robert McKee attached to it will do well. He is a 150% kind of person. He devoted all his time to business, which means that his personal life is put on the back burner. That shows the level of dedication he has towards a business he believes in. In fact, if I were financially backing him, I would have no fears. His level of professionalism and integrity speaks volumes. I rarely give references for anyone unless I truly believe in them. 9. The only thing I could think of improving any kind of successful business is in marketing and really getting the company name out there. I have no doubt Robert has a huge list of ways to do that. 10. In all honesty, I would say that Robert McKee's chance of success of running a successful travel company are very high because he has all the qualities needed to make any successful business happen. He will be successful in anything he does because he cares and believes in everything he does. Sincerely, Rodney Bulger
