Responsibilities:

1. Generate Business & sell our services

2. Perform Free Inspections & Estimates

3. Project Management of job

4. Final customer walkthrough & collections

Requirements:

1. Strong Communication Skills for outside sales. MUST BE ABLE TO KNOCK DOOR TO DOOR

2. Reliable Transportation. A Truck or SUV is best, but not required.

3. Willingness to travel after training if the season/market calls for it.

4. Able to climb a ladder.

5. Ability to self-start & self manage.

Job Description: Sales & Project ManagementGenerate Business & sell our services: The companies reputation, product quality & customer service is an EASY sell. All you need to do is put it in front of the decision maker.

A. First year: 80% is door to door self generated, 15% referrals.

B. Second year: 75% is door to door self generated & 25% referrals.

Perform Free Inspections & Estimates - Team access to Xactimate & Eagleview technologies A. During training you will learn what constitutes insurance coverage as "functional damage" & be able to determine during inspections

if a property owner qualifies for our services.

Project Management of job: The project is the reps responsibility cradle to grave.

A. Once the project is approved you will help the property owner through product & color selections.

B. You will check up on the labor crew during the build to ensure customer satisfaction.

C. Once the job is finished & the customer is satisfied, you will collect payment from the property owner.

Compensation: Commission + Draw A. We compensate using a structured commission plan depending on your experience.

B. The more you sell, the more you will make.

C. Temporary draws on future commissions are in place to ensure success during training. They are based on performance and up to

$500/week.

***This isn't a position for those who need to make a lot of immediate money.***

This is a position that takes time to train in. If you knock training out in a part time position your first 3 weeks-1

month, you will be ready for the busy season and be able to make 6 figures in a 6 month time frame.

non-profit organization whose member companies provide contracting

services in areas impacted by extreme weather events.

The UASRC was founded in 2012 in response to the proliferation of

illegal, unethical, and questionable business practices by some

businesses in the storm restoration industry. Immediately after a

storm, the area affected by the storm may be inundated with

businesses claiming to be storm restoration contractors.

Homeowners have been victimized by contractors who take

deposits without ever doing any work; fail to identify all work

necessary to comply with local building codes resulting in

inadequate insurance claim payments; misrepresent their experience

and claim to be part of a local contracting company; and perform

work which fails to meet even the minimum standards of building
