THE 3D PRINTING COMPANY

ZiggZagg wants to get the public acquainted at large with the new procedureof 3D printing / manufacturing and give everyone the opportunity to use it.This is applied in various branches of the industry such as ,- Architecture ( architecture presentation models )

- Product development ( prototypes – thermoform models – injection tooling inserts )

- Medical industries ( intervention models )

Within these various branches we can use the procedure for the production of models , prototypes , 0 series and 1 series as an equivalent alternative for the testing of components , sample templates - stencils -master copies - test molds for thermoforming and the construction of medical models on which surgeons can prepare surgical interventions.ZiggZagg will also provide the private market with models the clients send on personally.At the clients’ requests ZiggZagg will also adjust the dispatched 3D drawings , or produce them itself in order to create a printable file.

HOW WE WORK

We strong believe that personal contact between two parties is of the utmost importance,During these talks , a number of possibilities will be presented with regard to the choice ofMaterials ( linked directly to the procedure ), the required finishing of the pieces , colour and so on,

Confidentiality and discretion are of paramount importance to ZiggZagg Ltd.If required , we are willing to sign a CDA ( Confidential Disclosure Agreement ).

The standard formats for 3D printing are .Stl and .VrmlThese files represent the element as a network of small triangles.The main difference between the 2 formats is that an .Stl file represents the form of the 3D components , while a .Vrml file includes colours and textures.

SLS – Selective laser sinteringMaterials :- PA 2200 ( polyamide white , strong and flexible , possible to paint )

- Alumide ( WSF with aluminium dust , smooth surface , high heat resistance )

3D colour plottingMaterials :- XS compound ( full colour sandstone , large objects , brittle )

- XF compound ( full colour sandstone , infused material , extremely rigid possible to paint and polish )

DLP – Digital light processingMaterials :- PIC 100 ( plastic , very precise , 43µm , used for jewellery )
