PROMOTING ON INSTAGRAM
The signature image. We’d overlay necessary information, as well as start a hashtag campaign, which users can use to tag their own photos, after they’ve visited the site and source. #beyondthetap (catchy,short and unused).
THE NEW ‘MAN ON THE STREET’
A new fresh video blog of a group of hikers discovering their water source. These hikers would be well integrated with a large following on Vimeo, Instagram & Tumblr. “Platform Celebrities”
THE NEW ‘MAN ON THE STREET’
This group of hikers would be comprised of photographers, videographers and instagramers who have a keen sense of visual storytelling while still being completely independent of WDYWCF.
PROMOTING ON TUMBLR
We’d ask users on Instagram to submit their photos of their water source and tag it: #beyondthetap. The top 9 photos with the most likes gets featured on tumblr and facebook. Also, ads on tumblr asking to visit nature.org/water.
