What does Total Defence really mean to us? How is it relevant to the typical career, investment and business-minded people that we are?

We have to say, we honestly struggled with

the relevance of celebrating Total Defense

Day. That is, until we looked it up.

We’re a young nation, not even half a century old with a relatively small population and few natural resources.

In spite of this, we’ve succeeded against tremendous odds to build a nation that has, for 7 years running, been the best place in the world to do business.

Yet, we shouldn’t take any of this for granted. We need to stay vigilant to face any threat whether it’s a pandemic, terrorist attack, or economic crisis.

Total Defence is all about protecting our

way of life and one of our responsibilities as

savvy business people and investors

is to make sure we beef up our Economic

Defence.

It’s glaringly obvious that we face the threat of a global economic collapse with what’s going on in the US, UK and Eurozone.
