A quick guide to show how easy it is to set up and manage workflows

To add a new workflow 1. Select 'Manage Workflows' from the admin menu.!!2. Select 'New workflow'.

Add steps to the workflow
1. Click on ‘Add steps to this workflow’ to begin adding steps!!

In this example the workflow will be attached to a registration form.!!Select ‘Register’ form from web forms list.!!

Select the workflow name
!!Select the workflow name, here it is ‘New registration’!!

Trigger the workflow!!Filling out the registration form will trigger the workflow and send an email to the person responsible for the first task.!!

Email is received!The recipient clicks on the link and is taken to the customer case. A case is created when a customer interacts with the website.!!

!!The workflow steps can be viewed by clicking on the ‘Workflows’ tab of the case.!!

Approve task - before approval!!The task is approved once it is complete. The date and time are captured.!!

!!The date and time are displayed once the task is approved. The next email is sent to the person responsible for the next task.!!

Reminder email!!If the task was set up to send a reminder, the email might look like this.!!

Escalation email!!If the task was set up to escalate if it was not completed on time, the email might look like this.!!

Workflow completion
!!Once all tasks have been completed, the workflow is removed from the case. It is possible to apply the workflow again if necessary or view the workflow history.!!

Workflow history!!Clicking on the history tabs shows the time and date of the workflow tasks.!!
