GENERAL MANAGERThe Person

– The GM is a team leader.– May be elected by the Members or Mentor

Roles & Responsibilities• Oversee overall business in the company• Responsible for the company’s performance• Motivates team & manages the company’s

business• Responsible for appointing new managers to

replace any manager who leaves the company

FINANCE MANAGERThe Person

– The Finance Manager safeguards the company’s assets & funds

– Maintains proper accounting records

Roles & Responsibilities• Manage and Monitor on finance and Accounts transactions of

the company• Keeps a proper up-to-date record of all financial

transactions• Handles all payments & banking transactions• Ensures that all sales transactions are recorded• Issues commission payments on a timely basis• Prepares all financial reports

OPERATIONS MANAGERThe Person

The Operations Managers drives the following:– Production/Sales– Quality Control (Product, Customer Service etc.)– Purchasing

Roles & Responsibilities• Manage overall operating and transaction/coordination with other

managers• Makes decisions based on consultation with the other managers• Looks into matters related to production/sales• Directs and motivate the other managers to meet schedules.• Maintains stocks on a “just-in-time” basis.• Maintains proper record keeping and bills to the Finance Manager to

make payments.

HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGERThe Person

The Human Capital Manager takes care of all company’s personnel affairs, including recruitment, training & staff welfare.

Roles & Responsibilities• Maintains member’s records and attendance.• Responsible for training members in consultation with

the Operations Manager.• Implements company policies• Takes disciplinary action against members in cases of

misconduct in consultation with the assigned Mentor.

MARKETING MANAGERThe Person• The Marketing Manager is responsible for

the market research & product promotion

Roles & Responsibilities• Conducts market surveys or research• Tabulates results of market survey or analysis of

research done• Organizes product promotion – using posters, banners,

flyers, etc• Researches customers’ needs• Plan and create strategies on ground work activities

related to sales event or any other activities

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

• Plan and create strategies on enhancement of the business i.e. develop more branch or network

SALESEveryone in the Company• Ensures that the company’s

sales targets are achieved.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Creates a sales plan (Monthly sales target).

2. Keeps proper record of all sales transactions.

3. Collects money for all products sold. Money must be recorded and accounted for before handing over to the Finance Manager.

4. Give customers’ feedback to Mentors.
