The information and communications technology (ICT) sector itself comprises only 3.7% of Latvia’s GDP, its influence is extensive. There are more than 5 000 companies active in the ICT sector, only 99 of them produce ICT equipment; 4 425 specialize in ICT services, of them 556 in the telecommunications industry.

The vision of WSC is to :--To create high end platform for data exchange using internet algorithms.-“Kick out of the market the philosophy that open source program is the only possible way of development and sustaining” (WSC, 2012)-Delivering the high-tech web solutions within least time.

Project A are the projects that are basic which are cheap and in which customer can see how their website will look like in actual.
Project B are the projects that comes after confirmation from clients about the site appearance and now content will be managed in them.
Project C are the projects that comes after the Project B path and now API will be managed in them.

WSC is a small company but with modern strategy and it has the “High-Commitment management” strategy as the working strategy in its human resource management system.High-Commitment management is a form of management aimed at eliciting a commitment so that behavior is primarily self-regulated rather than controlled. MCCNSE-Multi-Client Client Network Station Extreme (in future referred to as MCCNSE) can solve most of any company’s e-marketing and e-commerce problems.Project MCNCS is designed to become the world’s leading multi-platform content management system that operates with all company's information on one content server.

This server ensures that all virtual resources of the company will be updated immediately after being published on the central server. The central server will automatically take care of distributing updates to all necessary components of the information network.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Few extra marketing strategies like cross media marketing can be implemented for much better business.Few more rules can be helpful for the further advancement of the company environment for the employees from different countries.Project execution for clients with less technical clients can be done with the dedicated department for less technical projects.

WSC is a growing organization.WSC is able to generate good business.WSC has some core values that let it to sustain and deliver the good results.WSC has already established its brand name in the market .WSC work environment is good and the company infrastructure is as per the required IT business standards.

All the department in the WSC interact regularly and take any problem as a combined team to sort it out.WSC has well defined vision, mission that are the driving force that make it move progress further.WSC staff is skilled , helpful and dedicated to their work.WSC planning structure is very good.

WSC HR department is not separate but it is efficient.WSC is not providing any loyalty to its employees .WSC project execution is efficient.WSC is targeting only high end technical clients which is one of its key success point.WSC believes in business relationships and helping their customers.WSC marketing strategies are good but a few more can be added as well.
