• We have received over 2.5” of rain this month during stretches of rapid

fluctuating temperatures, which has not provided consistent ground

conditions

• The golf course has not had a consistent period to either drain or freeze

over, resulting in not only freeze/thaw but excessive moisture in the upper

root zone

• Golf course conditions can’t be predicted on a daily basis, and conditions

change drastically from morning to afternoon

• Winter course conditions have created an unsafe environment - ice

accumulation, standing water
