Challenges • Based on a study, a significant portion (42%) of
travellers worldwide said flying was less glamorous today than it used to be. Virgin Atlantic wanted to take this as an opportunity to use cutting edge technology to bring the travel experience to the 21st century.

towards upper class passengers to enhance their travelling experience.

Challenges • Noticed that the guest experience was not quite what
it could be. Parents were stressed and constantly having to separate to standing in lines. With an increase in visitors year over year, the park was also experiencing congestion and logistic inefficiencies.
Opportunity • Create a one of a kind, personalized experience
where both, adults and children can enjoy their time at Disney parks.
