In an Organization “not me” is not a cause but a result!!!
“Not me” is a result of a lack of clarity on Accountability andResponsibility.
“Responsibility” is a process, itis personal guarantee that taskwill get done not necessarilyactually doing the task yourself.
“Accountability” is an outcome.When responsibility is given to aperson, he/she also receivesaccountability.
You will never be required to findout “Not me”
