Organization and Process structure Venus engineering works estd. 1983 has been in the leading phase in the field of motor manufacturing. Our team has successfully undergone many projects. Our company is now as a further enhancement going for die casting and other aluminium products and slowly could search the possibilities for better products. Entire motor manufacturing is done in house from winding, finishing, fitting and machining process is done in the same manner. Our integrated unit with a complete set up helps us maintain quality within our reach and standards are maintained.

Quality control The quality is a well know factor for a successful product. Our in-house production and well maintained supplier group helps to achieve the same.

Employment Our concern with its supplier units give employment opportunities for more than 100 families and the human resources is properly used and utilized for the betterment of both.
