Payroll Works B.V. is a young, professional Dutch payroll provider specialising in payroll administration, expat contracting and umbrella services. In 2011 Payroll Works was awarded a Dutch Financial Times Gazellen Award as the fastest growing company in The Netherlands. In 2012 Payroll Works maintained this award as one of the five fastest growing companies in The Netherlands.
Our Expat Desk provides outsourced and contractor payroll services, expatriate and immigration services to international clients based in The Netherlands and worldwide. Due to our continued success we are now seeking an Expat Desk Assistant to provide native English services to this growing portfolio of clients.
JOB DESCRIPTION
ü You will be the assistant to the Expat Services Manager; ü You will be responsible for the implementation and processing of international clients and
contractors, and the completion of all necessary payroll and expatriate administration; ü You will act as a liaison between Payroll Works and its international clients and contractors, and
answer their queries in the broadest sense of the word and in a timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS
ü University education and work experience in a relevant field (human resources, finance, payroll) ü A smart and proactive individual with common sense and a can-do approach ü Good communications skills ü Service oriented and a respect for client relations ü Attention to detail and accurate ü Good time management skills and the desire to meet and exceed deadlines ü Confidentiality, tact and discretion ü Native English speaker ü Basic Dutch language skills are advantageous
