What is V-Report

V-Report is a division of IdentiRisk South Africa and is a background screening company of four years standing.

We decided in 2011 to create V-Report to begin servicing the needs of the Jobseeker in South Africa and better service the needs of our clients.

V-Report has pioneered the Verification and Certification of Jobseekers personal credentials by themselves to make their Job hunting process a lot more simple and faster. Having completed all the background checks on themselves therefore allowing the Job market to make faster decisions and bring brilliant talent on board.

As a registered client of V-Report you will have:

Unlimited search of our Certification Database .

You will be placed on our Panel of Recruiters, here Jobseekers are able to send you targeted CV’s plus their certification, video resume, audio resume should they have completed them already.

You will have access to “Virtual Recruiter” our Pay Per CV solution, you will never pay more than R50.00 Ex VAT for any CV. A R50.00 CV would have up R450.00 worth of complete background checks already done. This is an incredible cost and time saving for you as a valued client of V-Report

South Africa’s only search for Certification Database. (You have unlimited search of our database of completed background checks done on Jobseekers)

Make use of Virtual Recruiter our Pay Per CV solution, here you can Search for CV’s that have certification completed and also for those that do not have certification complete. Saving time and costs for you our client is the motivation behind Virtual Recruiter.

V-Rewards our loyalty program. We pay you back 5% of your monthly spend on pre-employment screening in Virtual Money. We will also pay you back 5% on any Jobseeker certification purchases you are able to conclude. In effect should a Jobseeker purchase their own certification through you we will reward you by giving you 5% on these purchases as well. Your Virtual Money Rewards can only be used for your own pre-employment screening purchases.

By being part of our Panel of Recruiters Jobseekers can select your company to send their CV to. Only if the CV meets your area of expertise will you receive it as we only send targeted CV’s, you then than have the option to purchase the CV from the introductory information you receive. This information is rather comprehensive and includes a set of 10 questions that have to be answered by the Jobseeker for your perusal, Qualifications, industry, Salary required, Preferred geographical work location are a few bits of information you receive upfront before purchasing a CV.

Virtual Recruiter

What is Virtual Recruiter?

Virtual Recruiter is a Pay Per CV solution that works as follows:

R20.00 --- This is a targeted CV only with no certification attached.

R30.00 --- This is a targeted CV with certification attached

R40.00 --- This is a targeted CV with certification attached

R50.00 --- This is a targeted CV with certification attached

Certification attached to these CV’s will be a Rand value saving to you anywhere from R10.00 to R500.00. The higher the price of the CV the more verifications have been

completed on the Jobseeker and therefore greater the saving to you.Our aim is to ensure that every Jobseeker on V-Report has some form of certification completed by 01 September 2011. Virtual Recruiter will then be the only product in South Africa whereby purchasing a CV you get certification attached to it for the low prices as shown above.

Virtual Recruiter has been developed by ex –recruiters for recruiters as we know your needs.

V-Rewards

What is V-Rewards?

V-Rewards is V-Reports loyalty program, all V-Report clients are automatically part of this program.

V-Report will pay you back 5% of your monthly spend on pre-employment screening in Virtual Money.

V-Report will also pay you back 5% on any Jobseeker Certification Purchases you are able to conclude. In effect should a Jobseeker purchase there own certification through you we will reward you by giving you 5% on these purchases as well.

You are able to give the Jobseeker your client Unique ID that they can capture on V-Report when making a purchase or you can simply put the purchase through your account/pre-paid or credit card system with V-Report and still qualify for the rewards.

Virtual Money Rewards may only be used for your own pre-employment screening purchases.
