Pearl Marina development, a 300 acre prime property onthe Garuga Peninsula, is owned by Pearl Marina EstatesLimited, a member of Centum Investment Groupwww.centum.co.ke

The property will be developed as a premium integratedwater front destination and resort town and a premierUganda tourism asset.
