The Facilitators: Richard Parkes Cordock (Author and Advisor): Richard Parkes Cordock is the founder of Enterprise Leaders Worldwide. Using the principles of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), the science of success, Richard met face-to-face with over 50 UK award-winning business leaders to decode their leadership styles. Through these digitally recorded interviews, Richard created the highly acclaimed mentoring programme – Millionaire MBA™ which is used by over 23,000 entrepreneurs around the world. He later used the same teaching principles to develop an enterprise-wide mentoring programme, which allows companies to engage with their employees

by taking mentoring out of the boardroom and into their workforce. Richard is the author of five business books: Business Upgrade, and Millionaire Upgrade, were both former WH Smith Business Books of the Month. More recently, he has written Profit Upgrade, People Upgrade and All Employees are Marketers. Wasanthe K B Senanayake Management Consultant B.A. (Hons), MBA (UK): Mr. Wasanthe Senanayake holds a Masters Degree in Business Studies at University of Kent in the UK.
