HOW TO USE


TRELLO is a visual way to

organize anything with

anyone

WHAT IS TRELLO?


- Is an awesome project

management tool that

will make your life easier

and more organized


There are three important

terms to remember


BOARD

It contains a list of what

you want to do


LIST

It contains cards of things,

ideas or your plans


CARDS

Basically contains details

of task to do in your list


Now let’s get started


Open your Internet

browser


Click WINDOWS icon from

your desktop


Click All Programs


Click Google Chrome


Your Home Page


Type in Trello.com to your address bar



Hit ENTER on your keyboard


And you will be directed

here


Click Sign Up – It’s Free


Fill up necessary details on

this FORM


Your NAME


Your EMAIL ADDRESS


And your PASSWORD


Then click Create New

Account


You need to confirmed

your account to your

email address


Open your EMAIL


Click Verify Address


Welcome to TRELLO


Your Account is now

Activated


Now let’s proceed to

how you can use Trello

to organize your task!


Click + sign button


Dropdown options will

appear


Click your account name

button


Then these options will

appear


Click bell button


Then your notifications will

appear


Click Boards button


Dropdown will appear


Now let’s create a

Board and Add list


Click Create new board


Add Title


Add Title


You can create and copy

your team


And change your boards

Privacy setting


Choose the settings that applies


Then click Create


Your Board is now ready


Start adding List by

clicking this


Just enter the List Title


Click Save


Add label List


And click Save


All list done for the Board


Let’s generate your

CARD


Click add a card


Type in the name of your

card


Click Add


Another card field will

appear automatically


Cards will be added to the

list


You can add as many

Cards as you want that

are relevant to your list


Let’s work on our

checklist


Click on the Card


A pop-up window will

appear


You can add the following to your

card and become organized


Click Checklist for things to

do


Add a title on your

Checklist


Click Add button


Review file checklist has

been added on you card


Type an item on your

Checklist


Click Add button


The item on your Review file

checklist has been added


Click box beside item if task

has been completed


Let’s do our Due

date


Click Due date for any

deadlines


Pick a Date


Click Save button


Due date has been noted


You can now add color

Codes and Label


Click Edit the Description

to add a content


Type anything you want

for you card


Click Save button


This will appear on the

card


You can make a comment

on the box


Click Send button


Now let’s learn how

you can attach a file

or photo


Click Attachment


The pop up window will

appear


Click on Computer


Click on Computer


A pop up window will

appear


Select a photo that you

want to upload


Click Open


Your photo is now

uploaded


Now let’s add a

Members to your Trelloboard

Click add Members


Type in the email address

you want you add


Your first team member

now has been added


The list shows activities in

your card


List of activities


How to Log –out your

account


Click your account name


Then these option will

appear


Click Log Out


And you will be directed

to this TRELLO page


Congratulation!


Now apply what you
