DESCRIPTION
Chris Jarvis of Realized Worth will be joining us for a special follow-up presentation after the Charities@Work conference to dive even deeper into the topic of Transformative Value Today, corporations not only have the unique opportunity to address social and environmental concerns, the public has given them a mandate to do so. When push comes to shove, it's not the corporation's policy, mission or vision statement that makes decisions. It is the individual employee, based on their beliefs about the value of an opportunity to make a difference. How can companies help their employees to internalize this value in order to achieve lasting impact?
