Re: EveLyn A. Oldenkamp CAO File No. 1101005

Dear Mr. Mullmann, Assistant General Counsel:

I attached a lengthy document explaining how Ms. Oldenkamp handled my case. First, it started out as a frivolous dog scratch that present the aggravating circumstances and what I did to reasonable prevent the dog from becoming vicious. Then, Ms. Oldenkamp refused to use police calls, restraining order, and civil tenant-landlord case as evidence to present to a jury. There are also other mitigating circumstances as explained in the attached document. Regardless, Ms. Oldenkamp had no intention of taking this to a jury trial and instead dumped me into a mental institution to sustain more injuries (now pending in the Marion Court).

Her procrastination of unjustified continues for several years in this case forced me to place everything in storage to prevent my personal property from being looted by unsavory neighbors. I was also forced to live in my stored vehicle for months while I attended bogus hearings. This caused me to suffer severe ear infections when an undetermined amount of blood and pus discharged from my ears. As a result of that, I have lost hearing. I also endured severe exhaustion because I was unable to attend to a thyroid problem leaving my immune system unchecked. Today, as a result of her actions and inactions, I am still suffering severe financial hardships from appeals, additional litigation, and a $100 cut from my income. Because I am unable to locate a primary physician, I must go to emergency room care for a 20-day refill of my prescription, Levothyroxine.

I will continue to seek accountability for her actions and nonactions. Obviously, the Court system will manipulate these simple kinds of cases until they have elaborated on the definition of torture techniques to the full extent of the law.

Sincerely,

Kini Cosma
