Video Conferencing “TokBox: How to create a Video Chat”
Navigate to http://www.tokbox.com/ Key in your Email and Password then click on “Log In”.
You would be brought to your account’s Homepage
Creating a Video ChatOn the SideBar click on “Create a video” then click on the “Chat”
Select Allow and press Close in order to allow tokbox.com to access to your camera and microphone.
Reaching this page will mean that the chat is successfully created
Click on the
icon and then click on Share Link
Click on Copy to copy the link. Paste the link in Lotus Notes and send the address to all Members of the Meeting.
