Deal With Digital Clutter

We often allow our computers to become

cluttered with outdated files or programs we no

longer need.

Having to shift through unused clutter on your

hard drive can make it harder to find the items

you do want to use.

The same goes for email.

Invest time in de-cluttering your digital space:

● Remove unused files and programs from your computer

● Create easily identifiable folders to store your files

● Action all email messages then delete them from your inbox (after all

emails are only a delivery system prompting you to take action)

● If you need to hold onto an email create a folder outside of the inbox and

move it there – set a time limit on how long you need to keep it for
